Criteria for Proposal Review and Selection

Submissions for presentation at the conference will be reviewed for:

• Clarity and coherence of proposal
• Relevance to the conference theme
• Appeal to an international audience
• Relevance and usefulness to participants
• Potential to stimulate active engagement of participants
• Contribution to scholarship and/or new or innovative practice in higher education

Papers submitted for refereeing and possible inclusion in the Refereed Conference Publication will also be reviewed for:

• Clarity, coherence and organisation of writing
• Relevance to the conference theme
• Presentation of current thinking, research, policy and/or practice
• Appropriate application of research methodology and/or conceptual framework
• Contribution to scholarship and/or new or innovative practice in higher education
