Poster Exhibitions and Materials & Resources Fair

On Friday afternoon, 4 July, participants will have an opportunity to attend the Poster Exhibits and Materials & Resources Fair. This activity provides an opportunity for participants to share materials/practice from their programs and to gather new ideas from colleagues.

Poster Exhibits

Those who submit proposals for poster exhibits will be assigned space to display their poster. You should be present to answer questions during the Poster Exhibits and Materials & Resources Fair.

Materials & Resources

Those who wish to display/share materials describing their programs are asked to bring multiple copies of brochures/handouts. Order forms for books and more substantial materials may also be helpful along with sample display copies of such items. You should be present during the Poster Exhibits and Materials & Resources Fair.

Note: If you are requesting display space for materials and resources, you must tick the appropriate box on the registration form, also noting special equipment needs. There may be charges for some equipment.
