Books and Other Resources

Following is a summary of the books, tapes and other resources mentioned in this book, which may be of interest to you.

All of them are held in the Organisational and Staff Development Services Resource Collection and are available for University staff to borrow for a two-week period. Video tapes may be borrowed overnight or viewed in the Resource Collection. Other resources held at the OSDS Resource Collection for reference purposes include a software package on interview techniques.
