Organisational and Staff Development Services (OSDS) comprises the Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL), the Centre for Staff Development (CSD) and the Evaluation of Teaching Unit (ETU). These three units work collaboratively to address the purposes of OSDS.
OSDS has restructured the programmed activities to be better placed to respond to emerging needs identified across the University and to cope with ever tightening budgetary constraints. We aim to be responsive and flexible in the provision of essential high quality services. Our services cater to individual career development needs as well as to strategic organisational imperatives.
